I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Everything from the location to leaving the hotel was excellent. The hotel is situated in the center of town and surrounded by the Harz mountains, which makes it perfect for nature lovers. Cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I loved the fact that parking was free, and the transportation was seamless. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, which is perfect for spending a Christmas break with family and friends. The location was ideal as it was situated in a quaint small town with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. The free parking on site saved us the hassle of finding a spot and was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was definitely one of the best aspects as it was diverse and served in a spacious, neat and well-decorated dining area.
Although the room was clean and well-equipped, the TV channels were limited to German-speaking options, which was a downside for us as we don't speak the language. , the sauna and restaurant were closed due to the holiday season which was a shame as we would have liked to experience them.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I enjoyed the comfy beds and the modern bathroom. the hotel is located in a quiet town, making it great for a peaceful break, and it's also conveniently close to a restaurant that's open until late. the breakfast offered a good variety of foods.
The lack of warmth from the staff. the reception area and rooms seemed a bit soulless and uninviting, making it harder to relax.
